Refund Policy

This policy is in place to uphold strict hygiene standards for our lingerie items. We ask that customers carefully review their orders, particularly size and color selections, before completing their purchase.

 

Exchanges for Damaged or Defective Items

While we do not accept returns, we offer exchanges in specific cases where an item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@bunnyluxee.com. To qualify for an exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. We will gladly arrange for a replacement if the item meets our criteria.
