Exchanges for Damaged or Defective Items
While we do not accept returns, we offer exchanges in specific cases where an item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@bunnyluxee.com. To qualify for an exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. We will gladly arrange for a replacement if the item meets our criteria.
